Just to let you know It’s Emily’s Eatery and not “restaurant” I’ve eaten there many times and just wondered what you tried on the menu to only give it a 3.5 stars??? you should list what you like and disliked that foodies want to know like me!!

Thanks for the comment/suggestion. I have titled the listing for search engine optimization- more folks search “emily’s restaurant” than do “emily’s eatery”. It gets the job done.
I know the owner personally and have been living near the restaurant for a while. It was a regular hangout of mine since she opened (especially Thursday night Irish music with Randy). I like it very much.
The ratings are by users of the site, not something that I/we determined. We have not done a review. Please keep in mind that we charge very little for advertising and the site has only been live for a little while. Thus, we have not had the chance (or funds) to review Emily’s. Also, that’s what you and the other local users are for!
Maybe I’ll do a casual write up soon. All in good time

I have been to Emily’s Eatery a couple of times for their Tuscan Soup! It come in a large bowl containing some of the best soup I’ve had in ages!
I went to Emily’s Eatery for the first time for lunch, and it was AMAZING! We sat on the deck and had a beautiful view. The food tasted so good, and the service and our waitress was very nice, and polite. We will definitely come back again. =] Thanks.
Ate at Emily’s this weekend and had a great experience. The wild rice soup was fantastic the walleye sandwich was perfect. Looking forward to the next time I am fortunate enough to visit Emily’s!
Stopped by here this Summer on a road trip. Best wild rice soup I’ve ever had! I wish I had a recipe for it! Also had the grilled cheese, which was good but I think it should be called what it is (grilled pear and cheese.) I’ll definitely come back next time I’m up that way.
