“Les Saveurs de France” is a weekend of French cuisine complimented by fine wines from France.

Weekend events include:

Friday, April 24
Wine Tasting with a Full Buffet of Hors d’oeuvres 7pm- 9pm
Join Wine Guide Robert McPherson, CWS, for a tour of an ample sampling of fine wines from France, complemented by a buffet of delectable hors d’oeuvres. $45 per person (plus sales tax & gratuity)

Saturday, April 25
“Two Hands” Shiraz Wine Tasting 1pm- 3pm
Two Hands’ Bella’s Garden 06, Bad Impersonator 05, Harry and Edwards Garden 05, Branson Coach House 04 (no longer produced) and a Two Hands surprise. $45 per person (plus sales tax & gratuity)

Saturday, April 25
Four-Course French Wine Dinner 6pm - 9pm
A sumptuous four-course dinner with fine wines from France, prepared by Lutsen Resort’s Executive Chef Rob Wells and Sous Chef Josh Chevallier. Wine guide Robert McPherson, CWS, provides delightful conversation and education about the evening’s wine pairings. $50 per person (plus sales tax & gratuity)

Sunday, April 26
Cooking Class Demonstration 12Noon – 3pm Guest Chef Judi Barsness
Join well known Chef Judi Barsness of Chez Jude for a three course tasting menu cooking class served with wines. Recipes shared with participants and all will savor the results. $50 per person (plus sales tax)

    Amuse Bouche
    Beef Tartare on lefse crisp with sunny side up quail egg.

    First Course
    Lobster and scallop salad with morels and asparagus and truffle hollandaise.

    Second Course
    Rack of lamb with flageolets, spring vegetable ragout, mint infused jus.

    Third Course
    Composed cheese course featuring Basque Idiazabal, French boucheron, and Basque tome vache.

    Fourth Course
    White and Dark chocolate mousse napoleon with raspberry coulis.
